7-day money-back guarantee

New customers may request a full refund of a VPS plan within 7 days of the initial order. This applies to the first order per customer only.

Non-refundable items

Dedicated servers, additional IP addresses, setup fees, software licenses, add-ons, and renewal payments are non-refundable.

After 7 days

Fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from the client area at my.onlyhost.net; cancellation stops future renewals.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket at my.onlyhost.net or email support@onlyhost.net from your account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We resolve almost all billing issues within one business day. Disputes filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.
